With over 25 years of experience in public special education, I've witnessed a troubling paradox: the very data collection meant to help students was burning out the educators who serve them.

My journey began in self-contained classrooms, where I watched talented teachers spend hours daily on behavior documentation. Time that could have been spent on instruction, relationship-building, and the moments that make teaching rewarding.

Drawing on my experience and classroom insights, I developed Classroom Pulse around a simple principle: streamline the repetitive parts of data collection to free educators to focus on what matters most - the human connections and interventions that actually change lives.
