Target Behavior Definition
📋 How to Use This Sheet
- Set your observation interval (e.g., every 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes)
- At the END of each interval, observe for 1-2 seconds
- Record whether the behavior is occurring at that exact moment
- Use the timer to alert you when to observe
- Calculate percentage: (occurrences ÷ total observations) × 100
⚡ Quick Tips
- Use + for behavior occurring
- Use - for behavior not occurring
- Use N/A for no opportunity to observe
- Click cells to cycle through symbols
- Timer will flash and beep at each interval
