Target Behavior Definition
📋 Instructions
- Mark a tally (/) for each occurrence of the target behavior
- Group tallies in sets of 5 (|||| with diagonal line through for 5th mark)
- Record the total for each time period in the "Total" column
- Calculate daily totals and rate per hour in the summary section
